Event Report
Despite a torrential downpour just as our first Flag competitors teed-off, it turned out to be a decent afternoon at Kemnay for this week’s Under 10s & Under 12s events.
The Under 10s Boys saw Kameron Brown put in another strong performance to top his section. Kemnay player, Fraser Ironside, finished as runner-up ahead of Reece Nicol.
In just her second Flag competition, Holly McKenzie won the Under 10s Girls as she finished just shy of the green at the 7th hole with her 36 shots.
Eve Ironside won the U12s Girls over her home course.
The Under 12s Boys saw brothers Michael & Lewis Myron-Petrie finish 1st & 2nd respectively.
And the Advanced Flag was extremely tight this week with Evan Walker 3rd place, after finishing 7ft from the hole at the 10th. Ollie Robertson & Zack Don tied for first place as the both ended-up a foot from the hole at the same hole (the 10th).
