Deeside was in very good shape despite the wet conditions and Newmachar's Chris Lamb made the most of the calm conditions with a fantastic two under 68. Chris had six birdies during the round at 3,6,9,12,13 and 18. Sam Kiloh (Portlethen) was 3 shots back with a 71.

Greg Morrison (Northern) won the net event with 73 -6 = 67.
